Art and craft activities help in increasing Observation and Concentration, and more importantly Patience and Perseverance. It’s extremely important to be consistent at things and maintain an eye for detail to avoid careless mistakes while giving exams or performing any task. Graphic perception is important to create and enhance clarity of vision, the same clubbed with imagination gives a boost to the young brain to create possibilities and increase creativity in solution. These activities also calm the brain and have a soothing effect on children and have the same result as meditation.
Music
- Music Appreciation lies in the temporal lobe of our Brain
- It is Represented by Left-Hand Ring Finger (L4) and Right-Hand Ring Finger (R4)
- The instruments played are represented in combination with Left-Hand Middle Finger (L3) and Right-Hand Middle Finger (R3)
These classes are apt for children with an Audio Learning style. Sense of Music & Rhythm is something that is completely Innate. The Musical instruments along with Kinesthetic abilities also increase Complex Problem Solving as well as Numeric Abilities & Memory, which is not known to many. Needless to say, that Child’s Learning & Retention power increases when combined with music. Encouraging your child to make their own compositions will even increase their Logical Intelligence.

Dance & Zumba
- Gross Motor Skills are represented by Left-Hand Middle Finger (L3)
- Musical Rhythm is represented by our Left-Hand Ring Finger (L4), combined with Left-Hand Index Finger (L2).
- The combination of these two brings out the dancer in us.
Dance is therapeutic. This activity works on multiple levels and is an absolute must for children with a high TFRC and high Parietal Lobe score, i.e., L3 score. It increases Sensory Integration & Adversity Quotient; the physical movement releases the extra energy of the brain, making it ready to absorb information in a better way. Extremely beneficial for children with a high level of physical energy. It increases serotonin levels in the brain, which is an extremely important hormone to be maintained for normal living. It will help in visualizing and increases self-image and confidence as well, as kids perform various steps and are able to master it through repetition. (Highly recommended for kids with ADHD)
Language
- Frontal/Parietal/Occipital/Temporal Lobes – they all come into play with these activities.
