Terms of Use and Golden Circle Terms
These terms govern use of the Lives Beyond Boundaries website and participation in Golden Circle. By using the service, submitting a membership application, or booking an activity, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Lives Beyond Boundaries provides website content, community opportunities, and Golden Circle activities. Golden Circle is a community intended for people aged 45 and above. We may change, pause, or discontinue a website feature or activity when reasonably necessary.
2. Membership applications
Please provide complete and accurate application information. An application is a request to be considered for Golden Circle; it does not guarantee membership, a place at an activity, or any particular benefit. We may review applications to preserve the community’s stated purpose, safety, and eligibility requirements.
3. Activities, bookings, and payments
Activity descriptions, dates, venues, availability, and prices may be updated if circumstances require it. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it and, for paid activities, the payment is successfully verified. Payment processing is provided by Razorpay and is also subject to its applicable terms. Our Refunds & Cancellations Policy forms part of these terms.
4. Community conduct and safety
Treat members, facilitators, staff, and venue partners respectfully. Do not harass, discriminate against, threaten, or endanger others; misrepresent your identity; or use the service unlawfully. Some activities may involve travel, movement, food, or third-party venues. Please assess your own health, accessibility, and safety needs and follow reasonable venue and facilitator instructions. We may refuse or end participation where conduct creates a safety or community risk.
5. Website use and content
You may use the website for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt to access data or systems without permission, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or copy, sell, or exploit our content, branding, or materials without written permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their content and practices are their responsibility.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where a Golden Circle form asks for consent, we record that consent with the applicable policy version and purpose.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Activities, information, and third-party services are provided as available. To the extent allowed by applicable law, LBB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or participation in an activity. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Questions and changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions, complaints, or concerns can be sent through the Grievance page or to info@livesbeyondboundaries.com.
