1. Personal data we collect

We collect data that you provide directly and limited technical data generated when you use our services. Depending on the service, this can include:

• name, email address, phone number, city, state, and country;
• Golden Circle membership details, such as age, gender, profession or work status, and answers provided for eligibility or community review;
• activity booking details, payment status, payment reference or order identifiers, and communications with us;
• consent records, including the policy version, source, and time of your Golden Circle consent; and
• device, browser, IP address, cookie, and service-log information needed to operate, protect, and measure our services.

Golden Circle does not ask for or retain Aadhaar, PAN, driving-licence, voter-ID, biometric, or other government-ID documents. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card, bank-account, or UPI credentials.

2. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

• review and administer Golden Circle membership applications;
• register and manage activity bookings, payments, confirmations, and service-related communications;
• respond to enquiries, support requests, and grievances;
• maintain service security, prevent misuse, keep required business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations; and
• understand website and campaign performance using aggregated or technical information.

We do not use Golden Circle application data for unrelated purposes. We record the separate Golden Circle consent required before an application or paid activity checkout is submitted.

3. Service providers and disclosures

We may share only the data necessary with trusted providers that help us host the service, store data, deliver communications, process payments, or support the website. Razorpay processes Golden Circle payments under its own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect people and our services.

We do not sell Golden Circle application or booking information as a list of personal contacts.

4. Cookies and measurement

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep sessions secure and make the site work. Golden Circle pages also use Meta Pixel for advertising and measurement. Meta may receive limited browser, cookie, device, and event information under its own terms. You can control many cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences through the relevant platform.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, including membership or booking administration, resolving disputes, and meeting record-keeping obligations. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and requests

You may ask us about the personal data we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent for future processing by emailing info@livesbeyondboundaries.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may affect our ability to provide a requested service. We may retain data where required or permitted for legitimate record-keeping, security, or legal reasons.
